The 20-foot liquid-cooled energy storage system container integrates the battery pack, energy management system, battery management system, HVAC, and fire protection system into a single unit. This product is designed for demanding applications and is suitable for power generation, grid, and commercial and industrial energy storage, meeting the requirements for high power and flexible capacity configurations.
This 20-foot liquid-cooled energy storage container has a maximum capacity of 5.015 MWh, offering higher energy density and effectively reducing overall costs.
The variable-frequency compressor can automatically adjust according to temperature conditions, thereby reducing system energy consumption; compared with air-cooled solutions, minimizing fan use significantly lowers operating noise.
Improving battery temperature consistency can extend battery life, enhance safety, and increase return on investment.
The liquid cooling system ensures that the temperature difference between battery cells is less than 3°C, thereby improving voltage consistency and overall performance. The container features an IP55-rated protective casing (PACK is IP65), offers up to C5-level corrosion protection, and is designed for both high and low temperatures, ensuring excellent durability in harsh environments.
